NSCA Strength Coach and Registered Kinesiologist

From an early age, Cam knew that he wanted to work helping people. Combined with a love for fitness this led him to kinesiology - the study of human movement.​

Cam has continually sought out the best information available for himself and his clients, developing his own unique approach to training with a blend of targeted exercises for rehab and strength & conditioning work for performance.

Now, for more than a decade Cam has helped hundreds of people to get stronger, fitter, and able to do the things in life they love.

Cam’s background is in ice hockey, having played it for years growing up. This passion has led him to work with teams like the Kelowna Rockets, Portland Winterhawks, St. George's Hockey Academy, Coquitlam Express, and many athletes across several sports.

What sets you apart from other personal trainers?

With the combined knowledge of kinesiology and strength & conditioning, training with Cameron Bentley Fitness can address your persisting injuries while improving your physical performance.


Do you work with ICBC claims?

Yes - as a registered kinesiologist, Cameron Bentley Fitness can provide Active Rehabilitation sessions for ICBC, as well as direct billing. Some insurance plans can also provide coverage for Active Rehabilitation sessions.


Can I switch programs if my goals change?

Absolutely. As you make progress, your goals will evolve. You can change between Personal Training, Online Coaching, and Custom Programs - whichever suits your needs best.


How long does it take to see results?

Many people start feeling improvements in how they move within the first few weeks. Pain reduction and strength gains build over time with consistency. The goal is not quick fixes, but lasting results so you can keep progressing without setbacks.
